Lisa holds a PhD in the Philosophy of Psychology with a Specialization in Trauma and Disaster Relief, an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and postgraduate Conflict Resolution training. She is an LPC with CCTP, CYTP, CFTP, and TA specializations, with training in neurobiology, attachment, EMDR, IFS, and Anger Management. She developed the ASH Programs and speaks locally on ACE and intergenerational trauma.

Pablo holds an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is an LPC and CCTP with advanced TF-CBT training and EMDR training, plus state specializations in Trauma and Technology Assisted (TA). He also teaches evidence-based pain self-management through Empowered Relief. Pablo is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Compassion-focused and client-centered, she works with diverse needs including neurodivergence, chronic illness, relational challenges, trauma (including religious trauma), women's issues, identity concerns, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQIA+ clients (ages 13+).
